Nichole Bateman, PA
I'm an NCCPA certified PA with nearly three decades of healthcare experience. I trained at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and spent my early career years in OBGYN specialty care. A move to Oklahoma led me to family medicine for a number of years. I've had the great fortune to be a part of implementing new clinics and various service lines including urgent care and occupational medicine. A recent move to Tulsa brought me to Juno and the excitement of building a new way of delivering care to patients. As a clinician, I deeply appreciate the importance of patient connection and engagement in a sometimes cold and disconnected healthcare system. Patients want quality care from caring clinicians who hear their concerns and priorities about their health. Patient connection, clear communication and health education are my greatest strengths and I'm excited to bring that to Juno Tulsa.
Approach to patient care
My goal with every encounter is to engage and reassure patients that they've chosen the best location for their healthcare needs. I take a patient-centered approach and want each patient to feel that that I've heard and addressed their needs during their visit. My goal is for patients to feel confident they understand their diagnosis, their care plan and how to manage their condition, especially when healthcare tends to be a fast-paced environment that can sometimes be confusing to navigate. I intend to bridge that gap with each patient visit.
